From what I have gathered, There was an operation of the GFP, the contractor was called and either the CBC was defective or as is often the case he did not read the instructions and broke the CBC operator.
To restore power the switch the operator was removed, I have no clue how the lack of fuses fit into the picture. BUT the contractor told the owner all was fixed and received payment. This was over 4 years ago and was recently discovered by another contractor. This contractor told the owner to contact me. I have parts and fuses on order.
