I'm confused... Pv can do it... I need to add a pool sub-panel and to run a circuit is a PITA. So, I'm looking for an easy way. Does 230.33 allow this? I know we can do feeders.
If you connect a panel to the line side of the MDP it isn't a sub panel.I'm confused... Pv can do it... I need to add a pool sub-panel and to run a circuit is a PITA. So, I'm looking for an easy way. Does 230.33 allow this? I know we can do feeders.
I see your pointIf you connect a panel to the line side of the MDP it isn't a sub panel.
Good luck finding a meter/main!I don't see it being feasible in this manner. Thanks all. I will be replacing it with a meter main here.
Yes good luck, but here the meter/main have been much easier to find than a straight meter. I assume a result of the 2020 requirements for exterior disconnect that is not a requirement in NYS.Good luck finding a meter/main!
Just to expand on what others have said....yes you can, but they would be service conductors so you would be adding a service disconnect.I'm confused... Pv can do it...
