Anybody have experience in Canada?
Is plenum rated cable required in raised floors in computer rooms? (w/ underfloor air handling...):?
Do they have anything close to NEC Article 645?:?

No such similar article in the Canadian code.

I've found many large DC's in Canada are resistance grounded for their main critical distribution.
