I agree with Hal. The hard part is testing and the most costly. Not only the cost of the tester but the labor involved with testing location to location. End users balk on price but if you want it done right....put some green in it!

Yep, testing is a job for two people, one perched on a stool at the termination point, and the other mobile moving from point to point. Once you get back to the office then theres the printing out of the results, putting all the paper into a big folder, to give to the client, so they can see they got their money's worth.

It also helps curtail technicians from blaming the installation for their networking issues.
