Converted a garage to natural gas service shop (cng) Anything in 18 in cavity from deck down 18 in needs to be relocated below 18 in class 1div2 area Does low voltage existing excluded and can remain since non arcing They are not in conduit I believe they need not be moved ?

if the wiring is in the Class I, Division 2 area, it must be installed using one of the wiring methods found in 501.10(B).
See 725.3(D) as the cable is likely covered by Article 725. If by chance it is covered by Article 800, see 800.3(A)....both of those send you back to 501.10(B).
