On the outlets they will use for blow dryers, I have been running 10 AWG and using 30A breakers and 20A spec grade outlets. They will not be washing and blowing the same time so I never use a GCFI (granted they don't want to blow dry in the wash rack which most that I know of don't). Those damn blowers have two motors in them and with both on are typically 16-18 A continuous. A normal 20A breaker will heat up and nescience trip. I have no idea what the code says for Ag buildings but I know what has worked for the show barns I've wired for my friends and neighbors. I also stated doing them as a MWBC for each duplex. Top recept is one breaker and the bottom is another. Too many people calling me...we plugged in two blowers and it keeps tripping. Solved. A double 30 breaker and never a phone call. There's my $.02.
