how we shall best design the suitable quantity of CCTV security camera's around perimeter fence. Is there any EU standards to limit the gap between each cameras pole .What is the horizontal /vertical distance from fence edge.

This likely something you could only get for the camera / system manufacturer. They can tell you the limitations of the cameras and provide you with design detail.

Though this an international forum, you will not find too many here with EU or other non-US standard knowledge.

Good Luck.

CCTV coverage is nothing to do with distance but to do with the area U want to cover (Coverage area/angle).

There is a very good forum about CCTV camera. Have alook on this

The most important thing is to make sure that each camera overlooks the next camera, so you can see tampering! This means that on a perimeter fence, you install a "ring" of cameras

After that, its down to what you want to do with the images. How much resolution do you require. If all you need to see is a bad guy so you can send a couple of blokes to sort out the problem, then you dont need much image quality. If you want to identify faces, thats a different ball game.
