Cease production of 32 W, 4-ft T8 lamps?

In the April 2012 issue of EC&M magazine there is an article on page 20 entitled "Phased Out". The 1st paragraph on page 20, second column states, "In addition to T12 technologies, regulation will cease production of the 32 W, 4-ft T8 lamps, as well as..............etc."

Is this a misprint? I had not been aware that the T8 was included in this law.

I believe it was the 700 series and there is a temporary reprieve.
