Centerpoint Stainless Meter

I'm looking for a TX Centerpoint stainless steel electrical meter. Standard 120v single phase 200amp residential meter. I've looked online and asked around but have struck out. I have asked a custom sheet metal guy but he wasn't confident he could make the bend for the ring. Anyone have any ideas?

Is this a form 12S 120V network meter? Used on a 120/208 source. Standard residential is Form 2S 240V.
