I would like some help!! I have a drer with a 4 prong plug and the wall outlet is for a 3 prong. I have purchased a 3 prong plug from Lowe's and followed the directions to remove the old plug and install the new 3 prong. Very basic and easy I thought, but the dryer will not come on. Any advice?
