If you're dead set on this approach stay with the boxes that have the 3/4" hubs on them.
To transition to NM simply glue in a short piece of 3/4" pvc into top of one, glue a 3/4" female pvc adapter onto that, and , screw a 3/4", romex connector into that.
Simple stuff.

I thought maybe you had already put it together and had a pic of the boxes and fittings. I see you're still in design stage.
