Changes to NFPA 99

As those of you who work in the health care industry know, the 2010 version of the NFPA 99 promises to be a major rebuild of the standard. I know that the structure of the document will be quiet different and that disciplines not formally included will be include - like plumbing. But can any of you point me to resource which discusses the anticipated electrical changes?

Its my understanding that it will be the 2009 version, not the 2010. Heres a link to the nfpa site that has a listing of the code books. They only have the 2005 version online that I know, but maybe you can find the proposals on this new one for NFPA 99.
