Chapter 9 - Table 8 question

Hello,
Anyone know how to find the circular mil of wire sizes over 4/0? That number would be useful in determining VD for those sizes. The table shows the "mm2" for those sizes but not CM.I am thinking it is the "quantity of strands" times a number (??)

The circular mills of say 250 Kcmil would be 250,000 circular mils, 600 kcmil would be 600,000 circular mils.

I once asked that same question years ago when they were MCM's instead of kCMIL's and still got whacked in the head.
