But it didn't revolve, it went to the other side! I say relocated, the other side of the wall is a new location.
I agree. If it simply turned around within the exact same space that it was in then that would be different but that was not the case. The new location was on the back side of the original location and they had to move the panel laterally as well.

All of the existing conductors had to be removed and relanded, they could not simply be twisted/revolved.

Just another reason why it’s a bad idea to give the HO too many options that they don’t understand, and aren’t necessary, especially when it’s tied to a price.

The EC should have just priced the job for what they needed to make, and made the decision on how best to accomplish it. And then cleaned up their mess. 😲
