I looked again, and noticed that might be a welded corner box. Somebody should call the police right now. Somebody might cut their bare foot on a sharp corner.

There's one of these face up receptacles in a store in my old hometown, but the problem is, the store is in a floodzone. Every so often, somebody gets to replace it. Coincidentally, it WAS for the Red Bull machine!
