Chico-Hazardous Locations

Crouse Hinds has a new product out "Speed Seal", a self mixing 2 part Chico. Has anyone used it?
Does anyone know the orgin of the term Chico?

The nice thing about it is that you can pour a seal with it in less than a 30 degree (F) ambient...very useful here in Utah. I never have used it, but I have a video that shows it off.
