I work for a big A/E firm , and lately we have been getting some Chinese high-rises design , up to Design Development phase.
I did my research regarding the load classification and substation design and I have a couple of questions
I know this is a very specific area , but was hoping someone has some expertise in this are

FIRST GRADE LOAD VS VITAL LOADS ?very important loads?
I have all the explanations that there electrical code has , but still don?t see the difference between the two
