church kitchen load calculation

I am looking for an example of a load calculation for a church kitchen. I was hoping that you could help me.

You could be looking at something that would pass for a residential kitchen, or a commercial kitchen that's comparable to any large restaurant.

Without knowing anything about it, I'd put in an RFI (request for information) for the equipment that's going to be installed.
 
Exactly, Which would you choose if it was a question on a test and only the different appliances were given and the sq. footage of the new room.

I'd have to take a best guess, unless you were taught something special in the class to which this test question applies.
 
No I wasn't. It was on the Master electrician exam. I can't seem to find the answer in the code book. I guess it would be a new restaurant, but I'm not sure.
 
Did you happen to look at table 220.20?

edit... were they actually asking for a demand load number, or a demand factor, in percent?
