Circleline Ballast

Has anyone ever worked with the Rhine RB-CHB 40 Circleline Electronic ballast, if so where can I find it?

I got one here that's shot but can't seem to find it anywhere... I can find plenty of ballast with the same rating but none that are the small compact round shape this one is, the typical rectangle ones won't fit in the enclosure this came out of (which is a Hampton Bay ceiling fan).
 
The problem with circle line fixtures is if the ballast goes it is cheaper to go to Lowes and buy the whole thing then try and order the ballast. I hate those things. No one seems to stock those ballast.
 
That's like the 4' shop lights. I had a ballast go out and it was going to be $21.00 for the ballast and a new light was $17.00.:huh: It takes just a little more effort to take the light down than it does to replace the ballast, so guess which one I chose to do?
