please i want to understand how the circuit breaker works and how can i choose one and what is the tests must be done to it because i am new electrical commotioning engineer and i have to make tests before the delivery from constructin team

You are asking too much from a technical forum. We will be glad to discuss a few technical details but your questions are too broad. Go to the manufacturer's websites for general information on how your type of circuit breaker works. Is an adjustable trip, molded case, current limiting, air frame, medium voltage, etc.

The testing will be done by a NRTL such as CSA, FM, UL, etc. unless you are talking about performance testing after construction of your facility. If that is your need, I highly recommend bringing in a professional engineer that is qualified to do what you need. :)
 
Charlie is right, acceptance testing needs to be done by a certified independant 3rd party. If you dont know how one works how can you expect to do acceptance testing? Hire a 3rd party testing company, you can find a local one at www.netaworld.org

do you have an engineering degree or is that just a title given by your employer?
