Circuit Label

Where do you provide a circuit label?

  • On the face of the device cover plate.

  • On the inside of the device box or cover plate.

  • On the conductors within the device box.

  • Do not provide label at the device.

I did a retail space remodel about a month ago, painters took every plate off and piled them in the warehouse. The owner didn’t want me to have to come back down there to put them back on. But ended up paying me to come back and put them on anyway!
