I want to install a 240V 3ph circuit to power three 240V primary/120V secondary single phase transformers;one about every 1000'. The loads are the same at each transformer and I want to put them on AB, AC, and BC respectively. If I run the three phase wires and the ground wire in the same buried conduit, will I have an problems with harmonics or other nasties?

Agreed no different than a 3 phase distribution to 3 floods, very coommon installation but probably at different voltage levels.

Sounds like you should be stepping up to 480V.
