Looking to do small job in City limits of Boston, will involve low voltage cabling only. wire pull into existing conduits. Data terminations. Required to pull a permit? Would this require a Contractors License from Mass. or City? Do I need a License to pull a permit? Licensed in 2 states, but not Mass. Any info would be great.

You need a permit. You need a mass electricians license to get the permit.
