Civil site plan drawing

Greetings

I am working on project and I have the civil site plan that shows the electrical service around the location of my project. It does not say the voltage of the electrical service.

I was wondering how I can find out the voltage. Is it 480, 240 or 208 volts.
Some one told me what is there is medimum voltage 13.8 kv and they dont show 480 v or similar. Is that true?
