Clarification on pendant control wiring

Just based on available drawing and existing labels I am trying to figure out what connects with what. It is 2-button pendant.
I think that red is common( +V) and black is ground.

Any ideas based on below photo

You should be able to test that with an ohm meter.

It looks like the red is the common, which is connected to the black when at rest (center), to the green when in 'forward', and to the white when in 'reverse.'

Would be my guess too but I would get out my ohmmeter and make sure.
