Class 1 DIV 2 Sludge

Hi,

I'm currently working on a project that deals with Class 1 Div. 2. The gas is methane. I am running new conduits and conductors from an existing MCC to an undergound pullbox (precast H20 Loading), and from the pullbox to a control panel on the Sludge Skid. I have provided seal offs at the entrance to the control panel. But I can't provide seal offs from the pullbox to the MCC because it is underground conduits. Does anyone know how i can resolve this issue?
 
Can you extend the boundary so the pull box is outside of the classified area? IE the boundary is where the conduit comes out of the ground.
