Class 1, Div 2

I am running pvc coated rigid from the overhead cable tray, outside of the classified area, to a transmitter in the class 1, div 2 area. I am going to use liquid tight flex at the transmitter, do I need to do anything other than bonding on the tray end?

See Section 501.15(B)(2) and its Exception 2. Read both the main rule and the Exception carefully.

And for the cable inside, 501.15(E), and for your device connected to the process 501.15 (F), look for dual seal.

Remove the cable jacket, but not the shield....

Look at 501.30(B), exception for your EGC. Make sure the LFMC fittings are listed for grounding.
