Class 2 abandoned cable

Where in the NEC 2005 book can I find where abandoned Class 2 cable is to be tagged as future? I must be blind, because I am having a hard time finding that statement anywhere in the book.

725.3 (B) refers to the accessible portion of abandoned Class 2, Class 3, and PLTC cables shall be removed. But that doesn't refer to non-accessible portion of abandoned cable. Is there anything referring to this? Also, can I use the general definition of accessible (as applied to wiring methods) to define Accessible?

Ifs its not accessible then it does not have to be removed, unless in an IT space.

We want to make a NEC statement to the customer that lets them know that when they have abandoned security Class II cable, they need to do ___ per ___ NEC code, ie. like tagging the cable as "future" one each end.
