Classifications of Locations

We are doing a project in MA.where the drawings have classified areas on the project as:

Building use & occupancy 780:cmr 3 use group S-1 moderate hazard storage:motor vehicle repair,
use group S-2 low hazard storage:metal parts

The project is a car dealership that has service bays and a bulk oil storage room.
My question is, what article(s) in the NEC covers this type of areas?We do not do any hazard locations,so I/am not sure whcih wiring method to follow.
