It depends on the wiring method you choose. If you choose to contain outlets of 1 bathroom to 1 circuit then yes you can include this closet on the bath. As long as this closet has no other doors except for the one entering from the bathroom. The closet is an extension of the bath. If you choose to run only the receptacles of each bathroom on one circuit than yes also, just don't use the bath receptacle circuit. Other than this, in no case can you place the lights and plugs on the same circuit. If you choose to have the receptacles from all baths links, it doesnt matter what circuit you put the light on as long as its not the bath receptacles. When i say it doesnt matter, I mean any lighting or general purpose lighting circuit. There are very few restriction other than this.

Im pretty sure that its ok, as long as there are no other entries into the closet other than the bathroom.

I would say yes, if it is GFCI. Before you yell, think about it. You are saying that the closet is part of the bathroom for the purposes of 210.11(C)...I think if you are to say that, you must also follow the rules of 210.8(A), which has no exceptions for dwelling bathrooms.
