I will probably be adding question as I read through the manual.
Seems it say I need to make sure all loads are off before starting equipment. For you guys that have done a lot of these. What the best way to achieve this. A disconnect is all he really needs but he may leave on. What’s a good automatic solution. Was thinking to feed a timmer relay off each load to give phase converter time to run. The manual does not designate a time. Is 60 seconds long enough

TDRs work well.
We used them often enough for irrigation systems that were shut down by the POCO during peak usage times. We then had to restart pumps, etc. after control was lifted. Simply a contactor on the Output side of the RPC that pulls in ___ seconds after it is up and running. Make sure it is of adequate size.

You could do it internally to the CNC, but that may be a can of worms to open.
