I am clarifying my last question on code calcs. I was reviewing a publication that shows the neutral load in VA for a 277/480 volt tree phase four wire service for a school is adding only nuetral load for the lighting (277V) and nothing for the receptacle loads. Does this have something to do with 277V. vs 120V.

Steve -- think about this. The feed is 277/480 volts. What voltage do general receptacles get fed with???
