I would of tried to come up on the same side of the gen as the gas, with flex doing the transition to the gen. This would of allowed you to orient your conduits right here so they wouldn't have to cross at the house side.
I would also have done whatever it takes to keep the conduits against the wall of the house where they came out of the ground. If that meant heating them and custom bending(we have a hotbend torch) or doing back-back 45's to go over the footing or even jackhammering a small chunk of the footing out to sneak through, then that's what it is.
