Attached sketch shows outside feeder #4 going to existing electrical shed Panel P2. Panel P2 then has feeder breakers that feed outside portable classroom Panel C i.e one ouside feeder from shed feeds the portable from Panel P.

Would the feeder #4 be code compliant with NEC 2017? I concern is NEC 2017 Article 225.30. Feeder #4 feeds multiple portables thru shed Panel P2.

I concern is NEC 2017 Article 225.30. Feeder #4 feeds multiple portables thru shed Panel P2.
225.30 concerns the number of supplies for each structure. If the power shed has just one supply (from the building), and each portable has only one supply (from the power shed), what's the problem? Do you have a reason to believe that each portable is not a separate structure?

Power shed has existing feeder that has existing panelboard other than what shown that feed other existing portables.

Portables are its own considered its own structure.

My question is feeder #4 would be feeding multiple portables thru panelboard p2.

You can feed multiple buildings off one feeder.
You can not have multiple feeders to one building.
There is occasionally a ring or loop feed used on large campuses,
one here is a 4160V loop and I always wondered about how that works that but its over 1000V
so different rules and thats not what shown there.

Not following your description, and your graphic is just a little too blurry for me to make out, even after zooming in.

Let me ask you this: for there to be a 225.30 violation, you would need a single structure that is receiving power from two different supplies. So can you point to one structure (either the power shed or one of the portables) that is receiving power from two different supplies? If so, please tell us which structure, and what the two (or more) different sources of supply to that structure are.

Cheers, Wayne

As Wayne said you need to post a better photo so that all of the details can be read when enlarged.
