I just checked, you need to look more carefully...in 725. It says Insulation on conductors shall be suitable for xxx volts. in the 05 NECH. in my 08 NEC it reads These circuits shall not exceed xxx volts What say you?

Look up the sections of the four wiring methods you originally listed. Those are in Chapter 3, not 7.

480 is trying to guide you toward the permited and not permited installations of the wire methods you listed in your original question.
Try .10 and .12 of the articles that talk about each of each of the cables you asked about.
