Hello

I specify ventilator ( BV 150, 1 amp, 115V ,84 watts, Hard-wire) in one of the residential property.
Is there any code reuirements, which prevent me to connect new ventilator in the existing circuit?

I cannot imagine that a 1 amp fan will cause a problem if you add to an existing circuit. Of course, it will matter what circuit you add it to. If it is an existing lighting circuit than you should have no problem providing the circuit is already overloaded.

If this is a ventilator for life support, I would think you would want to run a dedicated circuit with generator or at least battery back up... first thing I would do is check what the manufacture suggests

LOL, I thought he was talking about a medical ventilator/resperator, I had a customer that needed a dedicated circuit for a dialysis machine once, it required battery backup and I belive they put a red stripe on the transformer feeding the house indicating medical equipment. Well anywhoo... I would think they can just wire their enviroment ventilator on a general purpose circuit in close proximity.

It was hard to know what he was meaning. I may be wrong but I googled the BV150 and that's what I got, so......

BV 150 supply fresh air in the dwelling unit by recirculation and filtration of outside air.

As ventilator requires only one amp, is it possible to connect it to existing circuit(not on dedicated circuit) without any code violations?
NEC code 422.12 says that Heating & AC shall be supplied by an individual branc circuit.

Yes, 422.12 says that but your fan is neither heating nor a/c. You can use the existing circuit.
