Is the code of the day new for 2023 code cycle? I don’t recall that receptacles installed inside dwellings and in a dry location to be required to be listed as weather resistant? I remember them changing to be required as tamper resistant however.

Poorly worded question as it only relates to damp/wet locations but, given the choice of answers, weather resistant is the only correct one.

Likely the intent of the question was to note the correct terminology for the receptacles itself.
