Its really frustrating, this same guy wont let me put a breakfast or dining receptacle on with a snall appliance circuit.

What is he citing in this not allowing a dining receptacle to be with SA circuits.

I use copper barrels in back of the outlet screws and and cut them to fit my needs. Every outlet needs a diff size it seems so this gives me some flexibility and I have them in my pouch anyway.

I have to ask, but how come the boxes were not installed flush?
