Code # Well water line from service underground

Can someone tell me if I can have a well water line in the same trench as a 200 amp 120/240 v service in pvc before meter if I can how far away from my pipe do i need to be?

The NESC requires 12 inches of radial separation. I am making a leap here that the service conductors are under the control of the serving electric utility and the NESC applies and not the NEC. :smile:
