Combine Mechanical equipment circuits

Hello All. Two questions.
1. From the sump pump control panel and for thecircuits going back to the same panel(EMCC) would there be an issue combiningthose circuits in one conduit?
2. From the sump pump and ejector is the pumpswhere further from the control panel would you also be able to combine thosecircuits in one pipe to each control panel?

If the controls do not contain a VFD then I see no problem combining them just be mindful of the possibility that derating may require larger conductors.

Also check the specs...with some designers, when they show multiple conduits, they expect to see multiple conduits when the installation is finished.
