Per the attache1702057982178.pngd and the highlighted HWH feed would you run a separate pipe for the 1" with #8's or run a larger pipe to the area combining some other circuits.
 
Depends. You'd have to compare costs and hours of doing it each way. Conductor fill and derating apply.

If the loads are concentrated enough, consider a nearby feeder and sub-panel.
