As Robert Alexander has noted in the stickey post at the top, it will be mid July before we actually have any 2011 NEC proposals to comment on, but I did notice that the NFPA has now made comment forms available.
As most of you know, anyone can make a proposal (although this window is closed for the 2011 NEC) or a comment to a proposal for the NEC. If this process is unfamiliar to you, your understanding can be enhanced by a small PowerPoint presentation developed by the IAEI. I have attached a link to said Powerpoint below for your review:

I am attaching the forms below in multiple formats for your potential use. The Comment window opens (I believe) when the ROPs become available in Mid July...
