I think there is a proposal to require that all commercial bathrooms use RMC and THWN for all wiring. (that oughta keep this going)

Exception No. 210.8 (G) 44....A new provision was added at 210.8(G)(44) to require GFCI protection for all 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in commercial/Industrial bathrooms/restrooms be supplied by Extra Heavy Duty (Read Schedule 80) PVC conduit encased in knot less than 12" of concrete in walls and 24" of red concrete where fed through floors! Where fed from the keyless outlet on the ceiling... 18/2 lamp, vacuum cleaner cord or type SJOW shall be permissible!
