Does equipment under an exhaust hood in a commercial kitchen require a disconnect for servicing? I know they need to be controlled by ansul systems during fire activation but do they need to have a disconnect for servicing or can they be hardwired? I have two 3-phase deep fryers at 67 amps each and am wondering if I need to get disconnects for each
