I'm being lazy, so thanks in advance...

just looking for a quick load calc sheet, similar to the one Mike Holt has posted for resi...

here are the basics...9500' sq medical building...will be broken into 4 suites, 1 house panel...4 RTU's (exact size unknown, assuming each 5 Ton)

we are looking at the shell, service and site lighting only...

208/120V 1PH (PoCo runs a Delta, and the only loads that would use 3PH are the RTU's - makes more sense to run 1PH)

Unknowns: whether suites will have things like X-Rays machines, minor surgery rooms, etc...

any leads for a quick load calc program?

There's a hitch here: 208 and Delta don't mix. If you mean the only 3-ph they'll supply is Delta, that's different.

If you get a high-leg Delta, you'll receive 240/120 on the 1-ph portion of the service.

Usually, they prefer providing 208Y/120 over Delta for this kind of installations.
