Electrical infractions are always listed on web sites as being in the top ten violations cited by OSHA but always in general terms. Anyone want to share their experiences with specific violations?

1. Panelboard directories
2. Arc Flash labeling / PPE
3. 4sq box pendant recepts
4. Working space
5. Exposed wiring
6. WP box covers
7. Panic door hardware
8. Lockout Tagout procedures / training
9. ???

Number 6 on the tax revenue list. Undefined violations.
