communication/ data wiring education

I am a small electrical contractor with 4 employees. I have been in bussiness now for a little over a year and recently have been running into several situations that involve computer or data wiring. I have a company that I have used as a sub to complete this wiring in a few situations and I have completely baked away from several jobs because of my limited knowledge on this subject. My question is where is a good place for me to turn for education on structured cabling systems,data wiring, certification of conductors, etc. .

Hire a person (not sub contract) that knows how to do it.

Right now these people should be readily available for reasonable rates.

Expect to pay at least a couple of grand for a tester capable of testing and producing reports.

If you want to take a class like BICSI last I knew they where in the $2000 to $3000 range.
