If the communication room next to MV/LV electrical closet , it is not allwed to install vertical copper cables on the common wall of the two rooms

Is that right?

I have never heard of such a thing.

Typically all the equipment in the "MV/LV electrical closet" will be in metal enclosures so that should stop most interference.
