Communications and DC wiring for Photovotaic system

I'm trying to find if my communications wiring and my DC wiring will both be permissable in the same raceway? The comm wire is part of the DC system! Also, I have reviewed 690.4 paragraph B, which states comm wire can not be run in the same raceway with AC branch circuits or feeder? Anyone have an opinion or fact? Does it fall under "same insulation type" requirement? Thanks again.

The same rules apply whether it's AC or DC. Is the DC a Class 1 circuit?

Yes. It is the DC power that will be converted to AC.

When I look at 690.4(B) it looks to me that the separation is required for non-PV related wiring.

So this leads me to ask what type of conductor or cable is this "communications wiring"?

Do the installation instructions with this system address the installation you're proposing?
