Con-Ed Approved Service End Box

I want to spec out a service end box in my drawings, I am proposing 3 service taps from it. Do the service end boxes come in 9 lugs per phase? Each lug needs to be 600kcmil capacity.
 
You would need a copper detail usually custom made per application

Is it quite common to have these custom made? What's the maximum lugs per phase so that it's not custom made? about 6 lugs per phase?

Ok and if I ask them to make it for me, do they need to know any characteristics of con-ed transformers? Do I need to tell them maximum available short circuit current?
 
Typically these guys won't make anything without a one line diagram it don't work that way

Suppose I give them a oneline but have not determined short circuit yet, would they still make it for me?
 
Who ever is doing the install should be able to get made whatever you need
